Common Ground 2.0

Posted by Tej Jordan Sandhu, April 30, 2019

MERIT is turning 2 and instead of trying to put all of our emotions into words, we’re going to do what we love most: make really good beer and serve it alongside purposeful and delicious food!

On May 26th, we’re hosting a beer dinner, and it’s definitely not one to miss!

Last year, when we turned 1, we explored the theme of “Common Ground” as a way to celebrate the collaborative community in Hamilton that we were so excited to join! This year, we thought taking a bit of a different approach would be fun – considering the Common Ground we have in the beer industry and collaborating with the kitchens at other breweries that we love! Great food at a brewery can sometimes be overlooked, but there are increasingly more breweries that we love eating and drinking at ourselves!

On May 26thwe’ll present a 5-course feast with each course being a collaboration between MERIT’s kitchen and fantastic chefs from Bellwoods Brewery, Blood Brothers Brewing, Counterpart Brewing, Indie Alehouse, and Willibald Farm Distillery & Kitchen.

Tickets are $75+tax+gratuity and will sell out, so don’t hesitate if you are interested. Tickets are available HERE or in the MERIT Bottle Shop!

A few common questions are answered for you below, but if you have any other questions, please email cheers@meritbrewing.ca

See you on May 26th!
