Fashionably Late, a Kveik w. Brett & Spent Gin Botanicals that we brewed with our friends at Willibald Farm Distillery, was funky OJ in a bottle! What we didn’t tell you when we first released Fashionably Late, was that a very small portion of that batch was tucked away into some barrels that Willibald had previously used for their Barrel Aged Gin! After a few months of aging later and almost 5 months of conditioning in the bottle the result is…..’Gin Party’!
