This beer is a dream come true, using the same vines from the grapes that we use. We start by smoking a bag of pilsner malt in house. We brew a traditional Saison style beer using the smoked malt. Once fermented we transfer the beer onto 1500+ lbs. of cab Franc grape skins for 28-32 days in a secondary fermentation. The beer is then transferred off grape skins and can conditioned in package using champagne yeast.
