Our latest wine-hybrid is a play on a MERIT gem – P.S. Sauvignon Blanc Sour, this time with strawberry pear. It’s a bottle conditioned sour made with Sauvignon Blanc skins and juice from our friends Fielding Estate Winery. Flavours of citrus, white grape, lychee and melon, with a gentle essence of strawberry.
