This DRIPA was brewed with rice as a portion of the grain bill and freshly pressed riesling, fermented w. saké yeast, and hopped w. Citra, Amarillo, Mandarina, Blanc, and Huell Melon making it a surprisingly sessionable, dry, and refreshing display of saké, tropical fruit salad, white grape, and more!
