Inspired by those bright fluffy sugary cakes we used to (okay, still do) love! A beautiful and inviting aroma of lime is complimented by a rich creamy aroma from the lactose sugar and golden naked oats, balancing out the rich tang/acidity of the lime addition. Huge notes of lime, crust and vanilla crush the acidic mouthfeel. Balanced very well with the large round lactose richness.
