We Made A Novemburger

MERIT made a burger.

We know, stop the presses. We’ve spent every day since opening this spring working on making the best sausages in the city to go with our beer, so why would we be so wreckless and make a burger? Our very own Sue Littleton says, “Why not?”. Deep. Also, Novemburger starts today, and a little competition in the name of charity is bound to be fun, so here we are!

So, what did we enter in the competition? A Butter Chicken Sausage Burger. A burger? A sausage? Both?

We took our famous Butter Chicken Sausage, sliced 6oz patties out of a 5.5-inch casing and topped it with Deep Fried Paneer Cheese, Tikka Masala sauce, a crisp Mango & Mint Slaw and served it on a fresh custom Bonanza Bakery bun.

It’s good, really really good; so good that you should come and get one soon before our staff gets to them all like that pilot batch of triple dry hopped imperial sour saison that never made it to the taps…

The Butter Chicken Sausage Burger is available starting today at MERIT Brewing. Partial proceeds will be donated to United Way as part of the Novemburger Campaign.
